Sea Trail Plantation Governance and Documents

The Sea Trail Master Association membership is comprised of those who own a vacant lot, occupied lot, condominium or townhouses.  Yearly dues, which provide the funds to operate the association and take care of its obligations are assessed each member as outlined in the Master Declaration.  Membership is defined as one per unit of ownership.

The STMA provides for the preservation and upkeep of the common areas within Sea Trail, as well as limited common areas including the Plantation Swim and Tennis Club (Pink Palace), the Property Owners Activity Center (Maples Activity Center – MAC) and the Chapel on the Green.  These facilities are for use of all property owners and their guests only.  The other common areas within our community include, but are not limited to, entrances, buffer areas, and some of the roads.  The various working committees comprised of approximately 100 volunteer members manage the facilities, offer a variety of opportunities for involvement and in general oversee the interests of the property owners.
