Exercise Classes • Water Aerobics
There is an exercise class for everyone. For those just beginning and new to the gym, as well as those wanting a challenging workout. All classes are offered that build strength, tone muscles, increase flexibility and enhance balance. Classes are held in the multi-purpose room in the Creekside Building.
Sea Trail Fishing Club
A fair number of Sea Trailers like to fish. Perhaps there are others out there who are interested but don’t know how to start. A fishing club is a great way for like-minded anglers to get together to share fishing knowledge, learn from one another or perhaps introduce new anglers to the activity.
Line Dancing
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, a group of homeowners meets in the multi-purpose room of the Creekside building to do some line dancing. We always go through the steps before we turn on the music. It is a great exercise and lots of fun.
Pickleball
Sunset Cyclists Bike Club
The Sunset Cyclists are bicyclists who enjoy leisurely rides with friends. We ride at approximately 9–12 mph and a distance of 12 to 18 miles with stops. We ride every Saturday at different times depending on the season. E-bikes are welcome. We meet at the parking lot across from the Maples Clubhouse for local rides.
T’ai Chi
T’ai Chi is here at Sea Trail! T’ai Chi is often referred to as “Meditation in Motion.” It is a low-impact form of exercise perfect for everyone. It’s an effective way to exercise the body and mind. T’ai Chi movements are slow and graceful and will help improve flexibility and muscle strength, promote better balance, calm the mind for better concentration, restore energy, and put minimal stress on muscles and joints.
Tennis
Whether your interest is in social mixed doubles or men’s and women’s league play, players at all levels are invited to join and participate. Our goal is to provide members with an opportunity to have fun and enjoy tennis at Sea Trail, as well as the other tennis facilities located in surrounding communities.
